Yoga to increase strength, stamina and stability through Yoga poses and flow sequences. Improve posture and core strength, flexibility and balance. Functional Pilates uses a combination of the classical with contemporary exercises to correct muscular imbalances, improve core abdominal & back strength, flexibility & balance. East meets West with these 2 powerful disciplines to gain a complete body mind workout & change the way you move forever.
The class is suitable for adults of all ages & abilities, is aimed for the healthy client & will include targets for achievable for everyone.
Please remember to bring with you a Pilates/Exercise mat, a drink of water & wear suitable comfortable clothing.

Pilates uses the connection of mind, body & breath to perform exercises with centering & alignment with control & concentration bringing about precision & flow.
Joseph Pilates created 34 classical exercises which , if performed well, will enable ease of movement.
This class teaches alignment & develops core strength & control, with a gradual progression through the exercise stages so that each participant can improve at their own pace.
Pilates improves flexibility, strength & movement control whilst addressing postural / muscle imbalances. The connection of mind & body brings about a sense of calm & ability to find length & grace in one's movement patterns.
The class is suitable for adults of all ages & abilities, is aimed for the healthy client & will include targets for achievable for everyone.

A gentle Aqua Fit class incorporating Aqua Yoga & Pilates.
Ideal for rehabilitation, arthritis, knee, back, hip issues or a holistic water workout for tension release & mobility
The pool is very warm at 32 degrees and shallow at 0.9m
Exercises are adapted to the environment using noodles
The class concludes with a relaxing Sound Bath whilst floating on the noodles
