Yoga to increase strength, stamina and stability through Yoga poses and flow sequences. Improve posture and core strength, flexibility and balance. A mindful connection to movemnet through self awareness and focus of breath to bring alignment of the physical body with that of mind body spirit.


The class is suitable for adults of all ages & abilities, is aimed for the healthy client & will include targets for achievable for everyone.

Please remember to bring with you a Yoga/Exercise mat, yoga blocks optional and a drink of water. Please wear suitable comfortable clothing.

Pilates uses the connection of mind, body & breath to perform exercises with centering & alignment with control & concentration bringing about precision & flow.

Joseph Pilates created 34 classical exercises which , if performed well, will enable ease of movement.

This class teaches alignment & develops core strength & control, with a gradual progression through the exercise stages so that each participant can improve at their own pace.

Pilates improves flexibility, strength & movement control whilst addressing postural / muscle imbalances. The connection of mind & body brings about a sense of calm & ability to find length & grace in one's movement patterns.

The class is suitable for adults of all ages & abilities, is aimed for the healthy client & will include targets for achievable for everyone.

Please remember to bring with you a Pilates/Exercise mat, a drink of water & wear suitable comfortable clothing.

Beginner's Pilates sets the foundations to Pilates exercises with an introduction to posture awareness and alignment and the method of movement that creates the basis of Pilates for all levels. 


Pilates strengthens your core and teaches you to move well, re balancing your physical make up to reduce everyday aches and pains and enhance your fitness experience.


Ideal for total newbies or those returning to exercise after a break.
