* I know how valuable regular practice can be but there are classes …and then there are
Rebecca’s classes! I felt so welcome, Rebecca tailors the classes to meet individual needs
and address personal issues. I was encouraged to challenge myself without pressure but
most of all I felt that I was listened to and that my health and well-being were important.
* I have been practicing Yoga/Pilates with Rebecca for over 5 years. I find her class truly amazing, Rebecca certainly knows her thing she is so kind and always offers a lesser pose should you need it. Every class is different from week to week keeping us on our toes!
Highly recommend Rebecca classes.
* Rebecca is a great Yoga & Pilates teacher. I had 1-2-1 lessons with her, both in her lovely studio and online. She corrected my posture and encouraged me to continue practice outside of lessons with good insightful tips which worked around my schedule.
Would definitely recommend.
* Rebecca is very friendly and helpful. Her classes are superb, and vary week to week so it's always a nice surprise to see what she comes up with. Highly recommended.
* Been doing Yoga classes with Rebecca for over 3 years and can't recommend her highly enough. She is obviously very experienced and very professional and caters for all levels and I felt very comfortable when first joining her classes even though I had zero experience.
