Posture Pilates
Move with better alignment, reduce pain and build core control — great for beginners and all fitness levels.
Move with Better Alignment
Posture Pilates teaches you the skills to move with better alignment. Exercises are designed to balance muscle groups so that movement quality is improved — creating toning, developing core control and building more flexibility.
Over time, you will reduce back, neck and shoulder pain, soothe hips and release tension throughout the body.
This class is great for beginners! Rebecca provides individual correction and guidance so that every participant can progress safely and confidently at their own pace.
