Pilates uses the connection of mind, body & breath to perform exercises with centering & alignment with control & concentration to bring about precision & flow.

Joseph Pilates created 34 classical exercises When performed well will enable ease of movement.

This class teaches alignment & develops core strength & control, with a gradual progression through the exercise stages so that each participant can improve at their own pace.

*Connect *Balance *Calm

Pilates improves flexibility, strength & movement control whilst addressing postural / muscle imbalances. The connection of mind & body brings about a sense of calm & ability to find length & grace in one's movement patterns.
